1. What is your client’s problem?

2. Why is this a problem?

3. What does the end result of this problem look like in their life? i.e. How would you describe either the security camera footage, or what they’re thinking?

4. Think about how your client is feeling when they’re deep in that problem.
Now, think of a time when you felt the way they’re feeling.
What was your internal monologue?

5. Now, when people ask you what you do, say “I help people who [have this problem]”
